The collection of articles is the publication of the materials of the 7th International Conference “Actual Problems of Theory and History of Art” held in St. Petersburg on October 11–15, 2016. The articles in Russian and in English present the results of research in the Modern and Contemporary art, theory of art, as well as reviews. For the first time the book includes special sections “Material Culture, Applied Art and Design” and “Museum: Collection, Space, Monument”.

The edition is addressed to art historians, historians, art students and art lovers.
