Profile

Ph. D.in art history, docent.

Graduated from the Department of History and Theory of Art, Lomonosov State university in 1987. In 1990 she completed a postgraduate course at the Department of World Art History. In 1995–2003 she actively participated in various academic research projects, organised by Maison des Sciences de l'Homme in Paris and Сentre des Etudes superieures de la Renaissance in Tours. She started teaching at the Department of Culture at Moscow Power Engineering Institutein 1990 and in 1991–2000 she taught art history at the Department of Fine Arts and Crafts, Moscow State Pedagogical University. She was appointed docent at the Department of World Art history, Lomonosov State university. She is a member of the Association of art critics and the "History of world culture" council of Russian Academy of Sciences.

In 1997 she completed her PhD “Architectural theory by Philibert de l'Orme”, under the supervision by V. Grashchenkov.

French art and architecture of the 16–18thcenturies.
